Concada is a candy initially made with peanuts and is traditionally made by hand into small balls. (present in Benin, Togo but also in the DRC (kalanga candy).

We naturally replaced the peanut with cashew nuts, controlled the sugar content and above all did a lot of work on the cooking and pruning of the cashew pieces in order to approximate the texture in the mouth of a puffed wheat chocolate very well known.

The real term is « KONKADA » only, with a new recipe, new name; we therefore replaced the « K » with the « C » of Cashew.
